LHG-03A(C) Ultrahigh Frequency Induction Heating Machine

The working principle of ultrahigh frequency induction heating equipment is that place the workpiece in the inductor, the inductor is usually a hollow copper tube with intermediate or high frequency alternating current (1000-300000Hz or higher). The alternating magnetic field produce induced current with the same frequency in the workpiece, the induced current is not uniform, it is strong on the surface but weak in the internal core, the use of the skin effect, can make the rapid heating of the workpiece surface, in a few seconds, the surface temperature rises to 800-1000 ℃ and the core temperature is very small. Based on the skin effect, the surface of workpiece can be heated rapidly, can be heated to 800-1000ºC in seconds, but the increasing of internal temperature, is small.
