High-frequency quenching equipment will generate a lot of high temperature during operation. After stopping operation, it takes a certain time for the high temperature to dissipate. A: High-frequency quenching equipment will generate a lot of heat during use, and if it is not brought out in time, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment and product quality.

2. Cooling water requirements for high frequency quenching equipment:
1)The cooling water is best to use distilled water without any impurities.
2)The water supply is pumped by a water pump, and a filter must be installed at the water inlet of the water pump.
3)When using well water, river water or tap water directly as cooling water, the water temperature should be strictly controlled.
4)The cooling water temperature should not exceed 35℃, otherwise it will cause the equipment to alarm and even be damaged by overheating.
5)When not in use, clean the cooling water and blow it with compressed gas from the water inlet to blow out the water inside the equipment.
6)When the temperature is too low in winter, antifreeze should be used for outdoor operations, and a small circulation cooling system should be used.
7)Regularly descale the equipment.

The cooling water is not up to standard, and there are sediments or impurities, which can easily block the waterway. After the cooling water is heated, scale will form on the container and pipeline, and it will also block the waterway.

1)The cooling water system pipeline is relatively thin, the chemical properties of the scale are very stable, and it is easy to block the water pipe.
2)The scale on the pipe wall will affect the heat exchange rate and waste energy.
3)The cooling water is recycled, and the heat dissipation of the equipment will be affected by scale pollution.

4. High frequency quenching equipment scale removal method:
1)Strengthen descaling
Choose a professional descaling agent, prepare about 50-100 catties of scale cleaning solution according to the dosage instructions, and circulate the equipment for 1-3 hours.
2)Non-stop descaling
Put a certain amount of descaling agent into the cooling water, normal production, and remove the scale while circulating and cooling. After working for 1-3 days, replace the clean water.

5. Waterway maintenance of high frequency quenching equipment:
In order for the equipment to work normally, it needs to be descaled regularly, and the cycle is generally 1-3 months.
1)According to the workload.
2)The period should be shortened in northern areas and high-salt, high-alkali water quality.
3)High temperature in summer, scale is easy to be generated during the use of the equipment, so shorten the cycle appropriately.
