Hot forging aims to heat the work pieces of certain temperature (different materials require different temperatures) into other shapes through forging press with the help of punch press, forging machine or other equipments for instances, hot extrusion of watch case, watch flan, handle, mold accessory, kitchen and table ware, art ware, standard part, fastener, fabricated mechanical part, bronze lock, rivet, steel pin and pin.

- For heating the whole bar material with medium frequency forging furnace, the length of induction coil is always 500mm-1000mm, it is able to heat several bars, ensure the effect of diathermy.
- Medium forging furnace adopts continuously heating, the induction coil internal loading is uniform to avoid the huge change of actual heating power generated by huge loading change when the bar temperature up to 1100℃. - The induction furnace is consist of medium frequency induction generator, working table, induction coil, feeding device and infrared temperature measurement.
